PARIS Part 1
My dad gifted my brother and me with a wonderful trip to Paris for Christmas. It was one of the greatest gifts I've ever received! Now, traveling with family can be...STRESSFUL...to say the least - but as I look back at these pictures I can't help but tear up a little at how great of a trip it really was. Paris is everything everyone says it is, and more. As some of you know, I was pretty anxious before this trip. My anxiety tried desperately to ruin my time in this fair city - sometimes it won the battle, but I think I won the war. And that's all I am going to say about it. Now, I leave you with pictures of a gorgeous city, and nothing more. Well, maybe the occasional caption, but I think the pictures (that really don't do the city justice) can speak for themselves. If you have questions, leave them in the comments and maybe I will put together a city-guide for you! This is only part one. Look for part two next week!
I tried my best to be present in the moment while I was in the Louvre, so I put my phone away after about ten minutes of being in the museum. I didn't even pull it out when I got to the Mona Lisa (unlike the other 70 people in line, elbowing the person next to them so they could get a selfie with her). HOWEVER, I had to pull my phone out for this one. Why they gotta do Jesus like this?
And that's part one. Come back to see the splendor behind these golden gates -Versailles.
